Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about services and repairs
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and parts
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in Excel for data entry and record-keeping
- Strong phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers

Pay: $18.37 - $22.12 per hour
